 Connect

 Connect runs with DOS or in the DOS windows of Windows 3.x and Windows
 95.  Connect is a compact high performance DOS application used for data
 transfer with ISDN and COMMON-ISDN-API 1.1 (CAPI 1.1)  

 Connect can be used in two different modes: active and server mode.  In 
 the active mode you can dial up a remote computer and transfer files,
 create directories, delete files etc.  In the server mode you can make
 files on your computer available to an external user who dials in to your
 computer.

 Connect uses the transmission protocol "IDtrans" to exchange data with 
 computers running Connect, Connect32, Connect2, FRITZ!data or IDtrans.

 The self-extracting archive in this subdirectory contains the current
 software.  Please copy the file onto your computer and execute it.

 The subdirectory .\DISK will be created.  It contains all files required
 for the installation.  Please install the software using the installation
 procedure provided by your specific operating system and refer to the
 readme file.  If you want to regain space on your hard disk, delete the
 archive and the subdirectory after the installation.
