Debug DLLs (subdirectory: DEBUGDLL)

These DLLs can be used to log all calls to the CAPI driver including
the messages exchanged.
The DLLs are available for 16-bit applications and CAPI 1.1 (Windows 3.x),
for 16-bit applications and CAPI 2.0 (Windows 3.x and Windows 9x) as well
as for 32-bit applications and CAPI 2.0 (Windows 9x and Windows NT/2000).
